This residential workshop offers an opportunity for a powerful, transformational journey of self-discovery and healing within a community of like-minded people. In the workshop you will participate in four holotropic breathwork sessions (two as a breather, two as a sitter). In a special safe set and setting, you will enter an expanded, holotropic state of consciousness where you can connect to your own inner wisdom and gain meaningful experiences you need at the moment.

The weekend workshop will be held in Budapest, in English and Hungarian. Accommodation is available at the Expo Hotel.

Agenda

The workshop is from Thursday 4 p.m. to Sunday 1 p.m.

Thursday afternoon: registration, introduction, opening circle, getting to know each other.

Friday: two breathwork sessions (one as a breather, one as a sitter).

Saturday: two breathwork sessions (one as a breather, one as a sitter).

Sunday morning: sharing, guidance for integration, closing ritual.

Facilitators

The workshop will be led by an experienced team of professional GTT facilitators: Minh Tu Nguyen, Balázs Rákóczi, Csaba Sőti and others as required.

Costs, deadlines

Total price: HUF 320 EUR. (after May 24.)
Early bird price: 290 EUR (till May 24.)
SUPER early bird price: 260 EUR (till April 24.)

Accommodation

Double or triple room (depending on the group size): 230 EUR per person per 3 nights
Single room (limited availability): 300 EUR per person per 3 nights
