In the past 20 years, I lived in England and regularly facilitated HolotropicUK brewathwork workshops there. At the end of last year, I moved back home. Currently, I work with children who have special education needs,

I consider Holotropic breathwork as a tool with exceptionally deep transformative and healing potential. It helps us reconnect with our inner strength and wisdom, and plays a significant role in creating community energies and emotions. In this process, I aim to support others with attentive and empathetic presence.

Other interests include shamanism, dreams, dance, connecting with nature, meditation and various forms of expanded states of consciousness.

Trauma compromises our ability to engage with others by replacing patterns of connection with patterns of protection.
